Welcome to our website for our Spanish apartment on the Costa Blanca - the Sunny East Coast!

This 2-bed apartment is within a new modern block close to La Mata and approximately a 10 minute drive/short bus journey from Torrevieja Town Centre. Within walking distance you will reach the beach, shops and bars. It is easy to find from both Murcia and Alicante Airports which are a 30 minute drive away.

Accommodating up to 6 people with double and twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and bathroom has both bath and shower. The lounge area includes a dining table and TV/DVD player. There is also a safe for valuables. We also provide bed linen and towels for your convenience.

We have a large on-site swimming pool (life-guard during the summer) and the apartment has its own private balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is accessible via a lift or stairs.

The two nearby beaches are within walking distance or via the frequent bus service.

Visit the famous markets in La Mata and the main weekly market in Torrevieja. Or take a trip to Aquopolis, the water-theme park or call in at the Hypermarket for some bargains, all of which can be reached on the bus or a taxi-ride.
